Responsibilities and Duties Conduct legal collections using available tools to recover outstanding receivables; Perform debtor location research via specific websites and/or contractual checklists; Contact internal clients using available tools to obtain agreement-related information; Submit proposed settlement agreements for client review; Request draft agreements and/or payment slips for submission to debtors/responsible parties. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior negotiation experience is desirable; Familiarity with online tools for locating debtors and delinquent customers is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of negotiation techniques; Experience with collections or sales systems.
