Tahto is all of us! #soutahto **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage operational leave schedules; * Monitor daily and consolidated individual agent performance indicators; * Analyze passive and active turnover by supervisor and coordinator; * Prepare daily and consolidated absenteeism reports; * Develop operational results presentations and track related action plans; * Consolidate campaign incentive awards; * Collaborate with local Process and Planning teams to clarify doubts and align actions; * Size and allocate staffing levels per cell; * Support action plans for operational KPIs; * Interface with Process, Project, and IT teams; * Monitor new training cohorts and GIP (organizational chart) updates; * Maintain and update site operational system information; * Track and update cell tools (GIP, FPW, and Management Board); * Monitor overtime hours, time banks, and compensatory time arrangements; * Submit justifications for unlogged time, schedule adjustments, shift transfers, and time bank entries. * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced knowledge of operational systems. * **Behavioral Skills: structured and critical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication, time management.** * Organization and planning skills. **Additional Information** Benefits: Childcare allowance per child up to age 5; Special Needs Child allowance—no age limit; Health and dental insurance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal and/or food allowance; PPR—Profit Sharing Program; Wellhub (Wellness Platform); Partnerships with diverse companies (e.g., educational institutions, language schools, etc.).
