We are looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst with a technical and analytical profile, eager to grow within a dynamic environment offering strong exposure to accounting, tax routines, and technology usage. This is an excellent opportunity for **recent graduates** who wish to deepen their technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and process automation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Accounting and Tax:** Serve as the main contact point between the company and its external accounting firm, monitoring deadlines, delivery quality, and information compliance. Support the review of financial statements and accounting reconciliations, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. * **Tax Compliance:** Assist in preparing and analyzing calculations for direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IR, among others), as well as fulfilling ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF, ECD, DCTF, etc.). Support monitoring of tax-related transactions, issuance of invoices, and tax controls. * **Process Optimization and Automation:** Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting and tax processes, focusing on organization, operational efficiency, and routine automation using spreadsheets, systems, and AI-powered tools applied to the accounting field. * **Analysis and Strategic Support:** Support analyses related to the tax and accounting impacts of company operations, providing insights for decision-making and alignment with business objectives. * **Support to the Finance Department:** Assist with monthly accounting closings, reconciliations, and account analyses, collaborating closely with finance and tax teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting Sciences** (active CRC or in the process of obtaining one); * Solid knowledge of **general, tax, and fiscal accounting**; * Proficiency in Excel; advanced-level skills are a plus (pivot tables, formulas, data controls and organization); * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile; * Interest/familiarity with process automation and AI tools applied to accounting; * Knowledge of tax calculations and ancillary obligations; * Strong communication skills for interaction with external accounting firms and internal departments; * Proactive profile focused on continuous learning and process improvement. **Additional Information** **Intelipost Group DNA \<3** Ambition and the constant pursuit of delivering more and better are part of every INTELIPOSTER’s DNA.
