Job Summary: A professional responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining computer networks, IT infrastructure, and security systems to ensure business continuity and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Design and management of computer networks and IT infrastructure. 2. Focus on information security, backup, and system monitoring. 3. Comprehensive technical support to users and preventive maintenance of IT assets. * Design computer networks, actively participating in analysis, evaluation, selection, and planning; * Oversee the creation and implementation of backup and data restoration policies using dedicated tools to ensure business continuity; * Provide technical support by responding to user requests, including software installation, configuration, and updates; clarify doubts and provide necessary requirements for proper operation of network and system infrastructures; * Conduct regular reviews of IT assets, adopting a preventive approach to ensure equipment integrity, availability, and quality; * Monitor IT operations and network equipment such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; * Manage CCTV security and access control systems with monitoring capabilities; * Support the development and implementation of information security and system access policies via firewalls and management tools, preventing physical or logical intrusions and keeping technical procedures up to date; * Identify and resolve network configuration issues, analyze problems, and develop solutions using monitoring systems to ensure corporate network stability; * Provide user support to resolve network infrastructure-related issues; * Manage and administer applications across different stages of their lifecycle; * Monitor digital platform availability and capacity, reporting to immediate supervisor; * Maintain updated technical documentation using dedicated tools; * Provide support to application development teams and user support teams; * Oversee procurement of materials required for local network maintenance, guiding purchasing processes and liaising with IT equipment and material suppliers via ERP; * Manage server disk space, system parameterization, operating system and application version updates, and apply patches and updates to networks; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; Postgraduate qualification is a plus!
