We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Performance team—a cross-functional and essential area for transforming data into decisions at CashMe. Your role will be critical in connecting different departments across the company and ensuring that our decisions are always guided by data intelligence. **Your Challenges and Opportunities:** * Build and structure BI solutions from scratch—from data extraction to delivering final dashboards for various company departments. * Develop and optimize SQL queries to connect and transform data stored in Snowflake, ensuring data integrity. * **Validate data and KPI accuracy directly with end users and business areas**, ensuring information faithfully reflects operational reality. * **Document end-to-end all processes, business rules, and developed data architectures**, ensuring governance and knowledge history. * Publish and manage reports in Power BI, creating visualizations that facilitate real-time monitoring of business performance. * Act as a strategic partner to business areas (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.), identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven improvements. * Transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting managers in setting goals and tracking results. * Map data flows between different systems and tools, ensuring indicator performance fluidity and reliability. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to analytical methodologies, elevating the organization’s analytical maturity. **What We Look for in You:** * A sharp analytical profile, with strong business acumen and results orientation. * Solid proficiency in SQL for handling large volumes of data. * Practical experience with Snowflake and building dashboards in Power BI. * Ability to navigate across different departments, translating business needs into technical requirements. * Organization, proactivity, and capacity to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields. * **Nice-to-have:** Knowledge of Python for data analysis, experience with ETL tools, and familiarity with statistics applied to business. * Availability for hybrid work in the Vila Olímpia/SP region.
