Responsibilities: * Identify and develop business opportunities for concrete placement services among small-, medium-, and large-sized customers; * Prospect customers, prepare commercial proposals, close contracts, handle collections and orders; * Manage and maintain the customer portfolio; * Conduct periodic customer visits to consolidate and expand relationships and identify new business opportunities; * Monitor services provided and advise customers; * Technical assistance and after-sales support, including customer satisfaction monitoring. Requirements: * Commercial experience in the civil construction sector (concrete/mortar/paints/construction materials); * In-depth knowledge of the regional civil construction market is mandatory; * Personal vehicle. Desirable: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields; * Training in civil construction and/or building construction.
