Provide empathetic customer service to cooperative members **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist in identifying opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones; * Support the development and launch of financial solutions; * Monitor product and service performance by collecting relevant data and metrics; * Prepare reports and presentations for management; * Support sales and customer service teams with product-related information; * Provide direct customer service (via phone, e\-mail, or in person) to clarify questions about products and services; * Assist cooperative members in using digital channels, opening accounts, and understanding financial solutions; * Ensure an empathetic customer service experience aligned with cooperative values; * Identify business opportunities during customer interactions; * Perform administrative support tasks for the products and services area; * Prepare support materials (training sessions, explanatory documents, campaigns); * Monitor internal campaigns and communication activities; **Requirements:** Preferred: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
