The Quero-Quero Store Manager Program is an opportunity for retail leaders with an entrepreneurial profile who wish to advance their careers within one of the country's largest home improvement and construction companies. _What will you do? Initially, you will join our store manager training program, learning about our culture and participating in leadership and company process training, combining theoretical and practical experiences to integrate your knowledge and prepare you to manage one of our branches. After completing your training, you will: - Assume leadership of one of our branches; - Deliver and ensure excellent customer service and community relations, as well as relationships with our customers and suppliers; - Contribute to team motivation and engagement by fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values; - Lead and train your team to achieve the company's expected results; - Monitor and manage branch performance; - Ensure execution of team tasks and store routines. _Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from RS, SC, PR, MS, and SP states, with knowledge in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and availability for travel and relocation.
