Requirements: 1\. Proven experience in leadership and people management within logistics or transportation environments. 2\. Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including planning, execution, and operational control. 3\. Knowledge of e\-commerce and its implications for logistics. 4\. Ability to manage and optimize complex operational processes. 5\. Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills. 6\. Proactivity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities: 1\. Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of objectives. 2\.
