Customer and partner relationship management for cost optimization **Education** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields **Knowledge and Skills** * Intermediate Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint); * Logistics fundamentals and KPIs; * Data Analysis and Business Intelligence; * Logistics Management Systems and Processes. **Behavioral Competencies** * Vetorial Way of Being: Act consistently with Vetorial’s values, demonstrating * respect for people, ethics in relationships, initiative, responsibility, and commitment to * building a fairer and more prosperous workplace and society. * Organization: Plan and execute activities in a structured manner, ensuring deadlines and * quality. * Interpersonal Relationships: Build healthy and collaborative professional relationships, * contributing to a positive work environment, cross-departmental integration, and teamwork. * Results Orientation: Focus efforts on achieving job-related goals and deliverables. * Safe Conduct: Adopt safe practices, follow procedures, and use PPE. **Job Responsibilities** * Provide support and assistance in addressing requests from internal customers and suppliers. * Serve as the focal point for scheduling unloading appointments at customer sites. * Update freight market monitoring spreadsheets. * Provide support via WhatsApp within transporter group chats. * Update control spreadsheets and databases used by the logistics planning department. * Monitor product shipments—both departures and arrivals—at respective destinations. * Track and verify the posting of mandatory documents on the Trizy platform. * Manage relationships with internal and external customers. * Identify opportunities for new strategic partnerships focused on cost reduction. * Analyze finished goods inventory versus dispatch demand. * Liaise with customer or supplier unloading terminals. * Develop freight analysis spreadsheets to support leadership decision-making. * Conduct price quotations to prepare budgets together with transportation partners.
