**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Will operate and monitor heat, steam, refrigeration, and compressed air generation systems, ensuring ideal operating parameters, temperature, and safety. Will perform control and adjustments according to production demand, routine equipment inspections, fault identification, and maintenance requests. Will also be responsible for operating the industrial wastewater treatment unit, recording operational data, and complying with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Must reside in Mundo Novo\-MS or have easy access to the region. \- High school diploma. \- Technical course in Mechanical, Chemistry, Environmental, or related fields is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of process instrumentation and control. \- Experience in boiler operation, thermal systems, refrigeration, compressed air, or wastewater treatment. \- Availability for shifts and on\-call duties as per schedule. \- NR\-13 certification will be considered a plus. \- Knowledge in automation and environmental control systems will be considered a plus. **WORK SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY \- BUSINESS HOURS **BENEFITS:** On\-site meals and shuttle bus.
