**RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Operate and monitor the heat generation system (Heat Generator) by burning wood chips for air heating, ensuring ideal temperature and safety parameters. • Control the operation of the steam and hot water boiler system, making adjustments according to production demands. • Operate industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring adequate thermal control of processes and equipment. • Monitor and operate the compressed air generation and distribution system, ensuring pressure and quality meet technical specifications. • Perform routine inspections on equipment, identifying faults and reporting needs for preventive or corrective maintenance. • Operate the industrial effluent treatment unit, including: o Aeration and settling tank o Aerobic and anaerobic treatment systems o Flotation and sludge removal system • Record operational data in systems or spreadsheets, ensuring traceability and support for decision-making. • Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards, proactively preventing risks. • Support cleaning and maintenance activities of equipment and technical areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** • High school diploma; technical course in Mechanical, Chemistry, Environmental or related fields is desirable. • Experience in boiler operation, thermal systems, refrigeration, compressed air or effluent treatment. • Basic knowledge in process instrumentation and control. • Availability for shifts and on-call duties as per schedule. **SCHEDULE:** Flexible working hours. **BENEFITS:** On-site meal Shuttle bus After probation period: Grocery voucher Family health plan National Unimed Christmas basket, Longevity bonus.
