**Job Responsibilities** * Work on production lines for sanitized and fresh vegetables, bread, fruit/vegetable pulps, juices, and preserves, performing tasks such as weighing, homogenization, feeding, sorting, sanitizing, packaging, and product handling, executing all necessary actions at any stage of the production process. * Prepare samples for laboratories or customers according to established procedures. * Assist in operating equipment relevant to the department, following safety instructions and regulations. * Inspect products during production (initial and final stages) in accordance with each customer’s specifications and established quality standards. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as required by departmental needs. * Assist in restocking departmental materials, such as films, sanitizers, labels, packaging, disposable supplies, among others. * When necessary and in the absence of departmental workload, may temporarily assist in other areas, such as laboratory, experimental kitchen, and cafeteria. * Maintain organization and perform cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work areas whenever required, ensuring appropriate hygiene and safety conditions.
