**Job Description:**
Extract your Hearing Schedule, verify assigned cases, analyze each case, and ensure all requirements for schedule compliance are met, in order to represent the firm at hearings;
Confirm availability of supporting documents and representation credentials by consulting the firm’s scheduling tool or the Correspondents System (PWD), to ensure proper representation before clients’ hearings;
Check for potential scheduling conflicts or impossibilities regarding time or venue of hearings listed in your schedule; cross-reference the Hearing Schedule and align local time with the time zone of the hearing location, to avoid late appearances that could result in default judgments against the firm’s clients;
Conduct hearings and meetings as requested, assisting with procedural matters;
Collaborate with the legal team to implement effective solutions for challenges encountered by the department and clients;
Read official notices and court summonses using the firm’s internal Notice Reading Dashboard, following guidelines specified in each department’s instructions, to accurately record all judicial deadlines affecting case status;
Maintain Hearing Schedule control in internal systems, including filing appearance motions in case records, verifying payment confirmations, arranging preparation fee payments, court costs, settlements, judgments, and other CSC-responsible matters;
Prepare judicial calculations and submit payment requests (internal and client portal);
Identify and manage negotiation efforts in cases with settlement potential, adhering to client-defined guidelines, authority limits, and performance targets. Formalize proposals, document negotiations in both internal systems and client systems, contributing to operational efficiency and traceability of the negotiation workflow;
Focus on quality management systems and full client satisfaction, complying with activity-specific manuals to guarantee service delivery quality;
Address departmental requests by following work instructions, consulting the intranet and client/system manuals for all required procedures, to consistently deliver optimal results;
Identify potential procedural issues not yet detected by departments that require follow-up; critically analyze and interpret such situations and promptly notify the responsible department or supervisor, aiming to prevent procedural harm to clients and the firm;
**Requirements:**
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law;
Preferred: One year of experience in the legal field;
**Mandatory:**
Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration;
Access to court portals and systems;
Intermediate computer skills (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, Microsoft Teams, Libre Office).
