About the Position We are seeking a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work at the gym reception, serving as the first point of contact for our students and visitors. The reception is a key element in the customer experience and in the smooth operation of the unit. Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Student registration and access control * Presentation of membership plans and enrollment closure * Reception organization and cash handling * Support in administrative routines * Support for instructors and internal staff * Monitoring of overdue payments and plan renewals Requirements * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy * Aptitude for public service and sales * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience working at a gym reception * Experience with targets and sales * Familiarity with gym management systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site
