Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to work at AUTOFOZ, providing technical support for hardware, software, and networks; configuring infrastructure; and ensuring information security. We are seeking an IT Support Technician to work at AUTOFOZ, located in Foz do Iguaçu/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide hardware, software, and network technical support, including integration of internal systems with partner platforms. * Configure and maintain network and server infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and backups. * Install, configure, and maintain corporate software, ensuring system integration and data protection. * Implement and monitor information security policies. * Participate in system implementation and upgrade projects, automation, and Business Intelligence (B.I.). * Prepare technical documentation, train Level 1 technicians, and interact with IT vendors when necessary. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the IT field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in IT-related areas. * Experience with security camera systems. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (2-hour break), and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00\. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Co-payment health insurance; * SESC membership; * Life insurance; * Gym partnerships; * University partnerships.
