Collaborative environment and growth opportunities **Job Description:** We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team, providing support in routine HR activities including hiring, payroll, vacation management, terminations, and labor compliance obligations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Payroll entry and verification; * Vacation, leave, and absence tracking; * Issuance of payslips, payment guides, and eSocial-related documents; * Support in hiring and termination processes; * Assisting employees with inquiries; * Organization and updating of physical and digital files; * Support in fulfilling ancillary labor obligations. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting; * Prior experience in HR department routines (preferred but not mandatory); * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Domínio HR systems; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance/Cash subsidy; * Meal allowance; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * GymPass (WellHub); * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities.
