We are looking for a Credit Assistant to support credit analysis activities, contributing to decisions aligned with current policy, risk mitigation, and portfolio quality. **Job Function Description:** Provide technical support for credit analysis activities, performing verifications, classifications, and evaluations in accordance with the Credit Policy, Credit MIG, and internal regulations, ensuring compliance, security, and process efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform credit operation analysis in accordance with the Credit MIG and the Cooperative’s Internal Policy; * Support analysis of the economic group’s indebtedness and assess need for LCC limit approval, per current policy; * Analyze and verify the Risk Calculation and Limits (RCL), ensuring proper classification; * Provide technical support to Service Points (SPs) regarding credit processes and classifications; * Perform technical analysis of exception requests submitted via system (Servidesk); * Support preparation of information for credit committees, as required; * Comply with internal rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by Audit, Monitoring System, and Internal Controls; * Safeguard information confidentiality and act ethically and professionally. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of credit analysis and risk policies (preferred); * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Familiarity with document analysis, registration, formalization, and verification of operations; * Ability to work in teams and handle multiple concurrent tasks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal systems.
