Handles salary component entries (earnings and deductions) for payroll closing, ensuring compliance with legislation and deadlines. Also provides support to employees on labor-related questions and assists management with routine Human Resources Department tasks. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge of Human Resources Department routines.
