Job Summary: Assist in administrative and human resources activities, such as timekeeping, document organization, and customer and supplier communication. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of departmental improvements and processes Job Responsibilities: ● Verify and manage employees' electronic timekeeping; ● Maintain internal control spreadsheets and HR performance indicators; ● Assist in drafting, organizing, and managing HR-related documents, agreements, and forms; ● Support maintenance of departmental process improvements and procedures; ● Handle telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers; ● Assist in accounts payable and receivable management; ● Complete forms and issue invoices (NF); ● Update customer and supplier records in the system. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting, or a Technical degree in Administration. Working Hours: Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.
