




Job Summary: Supervise field telephone teams, coordinating services, managing resources, and controlling installation and maintenance standards for radio communication networks. Manage resources and quality standards in networks **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Supervise telephone field workers. Prepare technical documentation and control operational resources (physical layouts, equipment, materials, supplies, and work teams). Perform supervision, technical coordination, and services related to maintenance and installation of radio communication equipment. Control network installation standards, including inspection of material and supply quality, guidance on specifications, material flow and handling, and safety measures for operation sites and equipment. Manage service schedules. Supervise administrative routines, directly leading the team. Manage human resources, fixed assets, and consumable materials. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience exceeding 2 years. Proven experience in managing technical teams. Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) (preferred) Knowledge of optical fiber. Knowledge of backbone and metro networks. Knowledge of optical fiber reading equipment. Knowledge of telecommunications projects. Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment.
