Trend monitoring and proposal of creative content for engagement We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented intern to work in the marketing area, focusing on content production for BRINOV's communication channels. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation, capture, and editing of visual and audiovisual materials, ensuring attractive and aligned communication. **Responsibilities** ● Produce social media content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, shorts, mid-length videos); ● Capture photos and videos at internal and external events; ● Edit videos and images for various formats and platforms; ● Support scriptwriting and ideation for digital campaigns; ● Monitor trends and propose creative content for engagement; ● Collaborate with the team to keep the publication calendar updated; ● Support organizing and assembling event kits; ● Post across all social media platforms with optimized captions and hashtags. **Required Skills** ● Basic video and image editing knowledge (e.g., Capcut or similar); ● Interest in social media and digital marketing; ● Organizational skills and ability to work independently; ● Creativity and attention to detail; ● Portfolio with academic or personal projects related to digital content is desirable **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or related fields; * Personal computer or laptop with stable internet connection (for remote activities); * Availability to intern 6 hours per day, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** ● Experience with design tools (Canva, Capcut, MLabs); ● Knowledge of photography and videography (Canon); ● Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube; ● Basic understanding of social media storytelling; **Benefits** * Caju meal allowance: R$300.00 * Transportation allowance based on intern’s need (R$12.00 per day used) * Remote work allowance: R$100.00 * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub * Conexa – 2 free monthly consultations with psychologists and nutritionists Type of position: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: starting from R$1.200,00 per month Benefits: * Housing allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: Hybrid remote work for Curitiba, PR
