We believe that when the producer grows, agribusiness grows—and we grow alongside. **If you want to transform the agribusiness with purpose and be part of something great, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment and system performance and lifespan. * Develop and review maintenance plans based on failure analyses and performance history. * Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are performed with quality and within established deadlines. * Provide technical guidance and ongoing training to maintenance team members. * Monitor maintenance indicators and metrics to assess activity effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct root cause analyses for recurring failures and develop corrective and preventive action plans. * Supervise inventory control of spare parts and materials, ensuring procurement is efficient and cost-effective. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory and safety standards. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures, aiming to reduce costs and increase asset reliability. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance activities, including maintenance records, work orders, and performance reports. * Support maintenance of highly complex machinery such as CNCs, laser and plasma cutters, automation systems, and others—providing technical support and contacting external assistance when necessary. * Oversee de-energization and re-energization of installations whenever required. * Properly use personal and collective protective equipment provided by the company. Inspect electrical installations across the industrial park for possible improvements and retrofits. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Qualification or experience in Maintenance Management. * Knowledge of production processes. * NR10\. * NR35\. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Training in Lean Manufacturing. 2 years of experience in the field / Preferred: Specific maintenance certification, PCM or equivalent. * **Additional Information** * **Five-Year Bonus** (monthly additional payment after five years of employment) equal to 2% of the contractual salary. * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Allowance:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal allowance card valued at R$300.00 per month.
