We are seeking a professional with strong ability to interpret contractual texts, effective communication, and confidence when participating in meetings with suppliers and internal departments. Main responsibilities: drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts and amendments, particularly service agreements, real estate leases, and purchase and sale agreements; drafting termination agreements, powers of attorney, extrajudicial notices, settlement agreements, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs); participating in supplier meetings, providing technical support to assistants; supporting the formalization of settlement agreements and debt acknowledgments, ensuring legal security in negotiations. Requirements: Requirements: Law degree. Prior experience with contracts, excellent legal writing skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor in meetings.
