This is an independent and vital coordinating role suited for someone who thrives on oversight, structure, and execution. About the Role As Operations and Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and following up on administrative and operations-related tasks Contributing to the establishment, improvement, and maintenance of administrative routines and systems Supporting management in daily operations and ensuring efficient information flow Following up on documentation, agreements, and internal processes Coordinating certification work for Miljøfyrtårn (Environmental Lighthouse), as well as maintaining related routines Serving as a stable internal contact point and liaison to external partners The role evolves over time, aligned with both company growth and your strengths. Who Are We Looking For? **We are looking for you who:** Have experience in administration, operations, coordination, or similar roles Are structured, reliable, and thrive with responsibility within clear frameworks Work independently but understand the value of collaboration and support Enjoy improving systems and creating order where needed Have strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English Class B driver’s license Experience in finance, HR, quality management systems, or certification processes is an advantage.
