Management of materials and human resources **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION** Leads and guides the work team in performing conservation and cleaning activities, monitors routine checklists. Controls the distribution of materials and tasks, as well as staff schedules. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Responsible for ensuring sanitation and cleaning of all unit areas, aiming to guide and guarantee hygiene techniques while controlling established deadlines; ● Ensures concurrent/terminal cleaning, observing hygiene and cleaning procedures and techniques via checklists, identifying maintenance needs across the entire facility; ● Ensures quality standards for sanitation and cleaning services through rounds and development of controls to guarantee work performance in accordance with Institutional Norms and Procedures; ● Monitors daily bed release activities, where applicable; ● Monitors daily the Digital System for managing planned daily activities (concurrent and terminal) alongside hospital occupancy census, verifying elective admissions, emergency admissions via emergency department, and discharge forecasts, aiming to size work teams to promptly release beds for new use; ● Updates and monitors institutional area mapping according to criticality assigned to each sector in scheduled terminal cleaning plans; ● Ensures good practices during waste and soiled linen collection; ● Ensures good practices during receipt, replenishment, and distribution of linens; ● Supports execution of material and linen inventories; ● Controls material consumption through requisitions, analyzing each sector’s needs while observing the pre-established weekly/monthly consumption standard; ● Provides chemical products for cleaning execution through dilution and control; ● Controls usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment, as well as evaluates good operational practices; ● Holds regular meetings with the work team and involved departments to improve processes and operations; ● Verifies compliance of invoice receipts with material procurement; ● Completes and signs internal documentation under his/her responsibility, evaluated per established norms, to support Quality Department audits; ● Ensures daily staffing levels through daily/monthly scheduling, performing necessary reassignments; ● Monitors and controls absences, vacations, and daily/monthly schedules via the system; ● Controls use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) through rounds and distribution tracking; ● Conducts capacity-building training for staff to update and refresh techniques used, ensuring alignment, development, and refinement of work operations; ● Conducts DDSQ (Daily Dialogue on Safety and Quality) with Hospitality Technicians as a key tool to enhance safety and quality awareness and refresher training; ● Performs duties in accordance with the organization’s established safety culture practices; ● Performs other related tasks upon request from immediate supervisor. **REQUIRED EDUCATION** Completed High School. **EXPERIENCE** Solid experience as a hospitality supervisor or leader is a plus. **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE** Microsoft Office Suite Team Management **LOCATION**: São Paulo **WORK HOURS**: To be agreed upon Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
