Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.). Maintain updated records in payroll systems (ADP, TOTVS, Senior). Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations. Respond to requests from employees and vendors related to HR. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR department processes. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Payroll Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, or Recruitment and Selection Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
