We are seeking professionals to work as Sales Representatives at a Claro Authorized Store, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with outstanding service and a results-oriented approach. What will be your responsibilities? " Provide in-store customer service with excellence, agility, and friendliness; " Identify each customer's consumption profile and offer appropriate Claro products and services; " Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Requirements: High school diploma completed; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or retail is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and energy for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
