Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Assistant to support loading, unloading, and organization of goods, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in an ethical environment focused on growth We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods alongside trucks and assist in organizing the Distribution Center (DC). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, supporting loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to respective departments, and update system records. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing goods across DC platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; safeguard company assets; and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification** * Completed Elementary Education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Voucher; Basic Food Basket; PPR\- Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, businesses, and results.
