




Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing medium- and high-complexity routines in the Procurement area, managing purchases of industrial items and supporting operations and maintenance. Qualification of new suppliers and commercial agreements * Execute medium- and high-complexity procurement routines, overseeing the procurement of industrial items—including spare parts, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components—as well as equipment and technical materials required for plant operations and maintenance. Also provide support to maintenance and operations departments by carrying out acquisitions according to specifications and/or data sheets. * Monitor procurement routines and purchasing processes within the system, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and achievement of departmental targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Carry out medium- and high-complexity procurement activities, receiving purchase requisitions, assessing needs, contacting suppliers for quotations and negotiation of products/services/raw materials/equipment. * Qualify new suppliers and seek to establish relationships and potential contracts, aiming for optimal cost-benefit ratio. * Establish Commercial Agreements for the procurement of consumable material categories and spot services to ensure supply continuity and improved cost conditions. * Support implementation of new projects, including site mobilization and local market opening; * Achieve departmental targets through indicator monitoring. * Monitor supplier service levels in coordination with internal customers to ensure service quality. * Track ongoing purchase orders, verifying negotiated delivery dates via ERP to guarantee order fulfillment deadlines. * Interact with warehouse, finance, and tax departments regarding payments and fiscal invoice control, as well as necessary corrections, to ensure procedural compliance. * Procure high-value and critical materials and products through supplier quotations, aiming for optimal cost-benefit ratio. * Support and train other procurement team members to ensure quality, achievement of KPIs, and process standardization. * Validate procurement processes by providing appropriate documentation and technical specifications, reviewing supplier price proposals, analyzing best conditions and feasibility offered, and continuously validating and ensuring capture of ideal pricing and delivery terms until purchase completion—thereby confirming internal customer needs are met. * Analyze and engage with suppliers visiting the company, seeking to develop new contacts aligned with the company profile to better serve internal customers in procuring products, equipment, and necessary assets, while ensuring optimal cost-benefit for the company. * Monitor priority status of requests and purchase orders, tracking progress via ERP and executing tasks per established prioritization to ensure internal customer and business needs are fulfilled. * Participate in internal audits, demonstrating to auditors maintenance of pre-requisites per Standard Operating Procedures to evidence adherence to procedures, guidelines, and business certifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields) * Full Microsoft Office 365 suite proficiency * Power BI module knowledge preferred * Presentation techniques * Knowledge of applicable legislation * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing application **Additional Information** PPR: up to 3 nominal salaries (for units in production); Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; On-site cafeteria; Wellhub; Orienteme; Galena.
