Job Summary: Perform vehicle release and service at toll lanes, operate manual toll collection, classify toll rates, issue receipts, and manage incidents at the toll plaza. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of electronic toll collection and professional development **Description:** Perform vehicle release and service at manual, automatic, self-service, and auxiliary lanes, as well as for exceptional cargo vehicles and vehicles with no payment method. Equip oneself with necessary resources provided at toll plazas to conduct manual toll collection at the start of each shift. Identify, classify, and collect toll fees according to vehicle classes and payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, toll vouchers, and other implemented payment methods). Issue receipts corresponding to collected toll amounts, distribute brochures per the distribution schedule sent to each plaza, and assist in coin collection. Complete the toll incident report and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of incidents occurring in one’s booth, while also recording and logging vehicle violations in the Revenue Collection System. Conduct user surveys according to company-defined schedules and topics. Sell coupons in toll payment waiting queues (e.g., queue management, mobile revenue collection). In case of accidents or vehicle breakdowns, signal the location and notify the toll plaza control center. Assist in coin counting, support plaza control operations, handle change exchange (purchase/sale) at shift start/end, and prepare required resources for subsequent shifts’ revenue collection. Represent the Leader under the Development Program. Promote electronic toll collection by participating in related initiatives and recommending partner operators’ TAG devices. Carry out all activities in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive prevention and monitoring of daily work routines. Contribute to proper waste management at the workplace, based on awareness of environmental aspects and impacts associated with one’s activities and in compliance with unit-established standards. 2511200202481763748
