Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Campo Grande \- MS On-site 1 Position Effective \- CLT Analyst Full time **Position: Microbiology Analyst** **Unit:** Cassems – Campo Grande/MS About the Position We are looking for a **Microbiology Analyst** to perform routine laboratory tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution of microbiological processes. We seek a committed, proactive professional focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Performing, interpreting, and releasing microbiological cultures; * Microscopic release (Acid-Fast Bacilli staining, Gram staining, Ziehl-Neelsen staining, and direct wet mount examination); * Performing TRM tests; * Interpreting sensitivity tests; * Entering, verifying, and signing results in the system; * Requesting new sample collections when necessary, after sample evaluation; * Issuing daily reports for routine monitoring and sending to hospitals; * Monitoring sector supplies and consumables; * Ensuring process execution in accordance with quality documents (SOPs); * Performing and monitoring quality controls, including PNCQ; * Assisting in the development and updating of SOPs; * Notifying critical values; * Completing internal control forms and checking pending items; * Opening and monitoring support tickets (Neovero and Opendesknet); * Supporting the technical team by clarifying doubts and contributing to process improvements. ✅ Requirements * Proven experience in Microbiology; * Experience interpreting cultures and sensitivity tests; * Knowledge of quality control routines; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
