The firm maintains a dedicated legal unit focused on extrajudicial enforcement of contracts secured by fiduciary assignment of ownership, as well as a specific unit dedicated to credit recovery. The intern will be responsible for various tasks, including drafting low- to medium-complexity legal documents, issuing fee slips and filing protocols, preparing documents, updating procedural control systems, monitoring deadlines, and communicating with clients, among other responsibilities.
