Prepare process documentation such as work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering Department. Assist in preparing documents including defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analyses, and production problem resolutions. Manage the department’s management system through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical capability to resolve problems, aiming to improve product quality, reduce line downtime, and enhance assembly line performance. Assist in the development, construction, and installation of devices/equipment for new projects and lines. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Friday). Intermediate English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in electrical installation/maintenance. Knowledge of PLC programming – LADDER language.
