If you have experience in this field and are seeking a new opportunity, join our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret project drawings and technical specifications, selecting appropriate materials and methods for service execution; * Prepare and supervise the preparation of mortars according to project requirements; * Construct foundations using stones, plain concrete, or reinforced concrete; * Perform masonry, plastering, scratch coat, brown coat, and general finishing work; * Install doors, windows, and other structural elements; * Lay screeds, level surfaces, and install floor coverings and wall finishes; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on structures, sidewalks, walls, and roofs; * Repair masonry work, correcting cracks, fissures, and imperfections; * Seal holes and grooves in walls, slabs, and floors; * Install and set sanitary fixtures and metal fittings.
