Build long-term customer relationships for future sales Job Description **Details** Responsible for selling vehicles in the direct sales category, offering customers options that meet their needs and expectations, thereby contributing to vehicle sales growth, add-on sales, customer satisfaction, and unit profitability. **Responsibilities** * Sell new vehicles and systematically prospect customers by serving customers in the showroom, presenting vehicle technical specifications and benefits; also prospect using the customer database provided by Grupo Enzo to facilitate sales. * Conduct static vehicle presentations following manufacturer and Grupo Enzo recommendations, based on studying vehicle technical features, manufacturer guidelines, and Grupo Enzo policies and directives. * Contribute to achieving sales targets by meeting individual sales goals, actively prospecting customers, participating in sales marketing events, and building long-term customer relationships to ensure future sales. **Work Environment** Today, we have over one thousand direct employees committed daily to upholding our values: agility in driving business growth, differentiation through value delivery to customers via a detail-oriented and critical team, systemic vision, and operational efficiency—while providing development opportunities for people to ensure the Group’s growth and sustainability.
