Work on de-energized sites or on the ground **Job Description:** Position: Construction and Electrical Works Assistant \- for CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Project locations, cities such as: Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, Gália, Garça, Pederneiras, Marília, Altinópolis, among others (all within São Paulo State). Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are mandatory. Work schedule: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 * Rotating shift schedule 21x2 \- employees residing in cities distant from project sites will stay overnight for 21 days. Desired Profile: Must reside in Campinas, Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, Gália, Garça, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Pederneiras, Marília, or Altinópolis / SP Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission lines or near energized areas (work strictly on the ground only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
