We focus on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-pressure hydraulic systems (above 3.000 PSI) in heavy equipment. Diagnose and repair failures in hydraulic circuits, including piston and gear pumps, lifting cylinders, displacement motors, and proportional valves. Perform precise diagnostics of failures in mechanical, high-pressure hydraulic, and electrical systems. Carry out complex repairs on diesel engines, transmission systems, brake assemblies, and steering mechanisms. Interpret international technical manuals, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and identify technical anomalies. Replace structural components and worn-out systems, ensuring proper calibration after intervention. Conduct functional and load tests after maintenance to validate operational safety. Perform pressure, flow, and temperature tests using specialized diagnostic equipment. Replace and adjust critical components such as telescopic cylinders, high-pressure hoses, seals, retainers, and accumulators. Visually inspect hoses and connections for wear, leaks, and structural fatigue. Record all interventions, component replacements, and working hours in technical reports, service orders, and the management system. Maintain workshop and field organization, as well as proper maintenance of specialized tools. Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations, focusing on NR-12, NR-35, and NR-33. Follow safety standards and technical procedures. Previous roles as Hydraulic Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Hydraulic Specialist, or Machinery Mechanic may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
