Commitment to organization and safety. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Performs conservation, preventive and corrective repair services on electrical, hydraulic, masonry, and painting installations, ensuring the proper functioning of condominiums and companies. Works under supervision, replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, repairing doors, and maintaining workplace organization and safety. Main Responsibilities and Activities: Electrical and Hydraulic Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets; repairing faucets; unclogging drains/sinks; cleaning filters. Civil Repairs (Masonry/Painting): Minor wall repairs, touch-up painting, plaster repairs, tile repairs, and waterproofing. Conservation and General Maintenance: Maintaining doors, locks, windows, furniture, and glass. Technical Support: Assisting specialized professionals (e.g., electricians, plumbers) and supervising service providers. Organization: Cleaning work areas after tasks, organizing tools, and managing material inventory. Common Requirements: Completed elementary or high school education.
