**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform maintenance on components, equipment, and industrial machines;
* Plan maintenance activities;
* Evaluate operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components;
* Lubricate machines, components, and tools;
* Document technical information;
* Carry out quality and environmental preservation actions, and work according to safety standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Perform preventive maintenance on heavy machinery—including yellow line, white line, forklifts, and aerial work platforms—according to manufacturer manuals and established deadlines;
* Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in heavy machinery using appropriate diagnostic tools;
* Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components of heavy machinery;
* Replace damaged or worn parts using appropriate tools and procedures;
* Adjust and calibrate heavy machinery systems to ensure proper operation;
* Monitor heavy machinery performance and identify potential issues;
* Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations in the workplace;
* Knowledge of or training in equipment maintenance is preferred.
* Knowledge of DC electrical systems and air conditioning maintenance is a plus.
* Minimum 6 months of documented work experience (verified via employment record).
* Knowledge of engine mechanics, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and other components of heavy machinery.
