Support members in making decisions about financial products and services, creating financial strategies, and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates; * Be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio primarily composed of individual members (PF), fulfilling established commercial goals, presenting financial solutions aligned with member needs, selling products and services in line with set targets, aiming to achieve strategic objectives; * Prospect new members and business opportunities by understanding the member's professional activity and debt levels. Conduct visits to generate new business and strengthen relationships with members; * Facilitate member interaction with self-service and digital channels to improve efficiency and guide members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members make better use of available products and technology; * Monitor portfolio debt levels and implement measures to address delinquency, minimizing costs and legal involvement.
