Join the Paciente360 team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel; * Organize and control documents, physical and digital files; * Answer and route phone calls, e\-mails, and visitors; * Draft and review announcements, reports, minutes, and presentations; * Support the organization of meetings and internal and external events; * Manage correspondence, contracts, and documents; * Support administrative and financial routines (entries, payment tracking, reimbursements, invoices, as applicable); * Monitor deadlines, tasks, and priorities across internal departments; * Ensure alignment and smooth communication among leadership, team members, and external partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related fields is a plus); * Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, discretion, and proactivity; * Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. **You stand out with these differentiators:** * Attention to detail; * Ethics and confidentiality; * Effective time management; * Interpersonal skills; * Flexibility and sense of priority. **Additional Information** Our work is conducted **in-person** in the Gleba Palhano neighborhood of Londrina/PR.
