Contribution to the department's strategic decisions **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking an Intern to work in the Collections Department, supporting the team in statistical analysis of the database and monitoring delinquency indicators. The intern will have the opportunity to develop data analysis skills, create reports, monitor indicators, and contribute to the department's strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Statistically analyze the internal database of the collections department; Support monitoring and control of delinquency indicators; Identify and analyze the profile of delinquent customers, recognizing patterns and behaviors; Assist in preparing analytical and management reports; Support monthly closing of data related to delinquency and credit recovery; Comply with standard operational procedures established for the collections department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Statistics or related fields; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Basic mathematics knowledge; Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation; Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERN **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $1,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, either from 8 AM to 2 PM or from 12 PM to 6 PM
