Make an impact with technology and support startups **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Mid-Level Full Stack Developer** to join our team and transform ideas into innovative digital solutions. If you master both front-end and back-end development, possess a product-oriented mindset, and want to make an impact with technology, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities:** * Develop complete web applications, working on both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server logic and database); * Design and develop server-side logic and required APIs for application functionality, using languages such as Node.js, PHP, .NET Core, among others; * Create attractive and functional user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js; * Conduct tests (unit, integration, and debugging) to ensure system functionality and performance, resolving identified errors and issues; * Implement security best practices, including password management, user authentication/authorization, and data encryption; * Document code and features to facilitate maintenance and future implementations; * Perform continuous system maintenance and updates, including bug fixes and addition of new features; * Optimize application performance using caching, compression, optimized queries, etc.; * Design, model, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis); * Understand and develop integrations via APIs; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment (Scrum or similar); * Support incubated or accelerated startups with innovative ideas and technical solutions; * Stay updated on technological trends and full-stack development tools; * Participate in technical decisions and strategic discussions with the team. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of programming languages; * Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; * Experience with front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js; * Experience with back-end frameworks: Node.js, Django (Python), Laravel (PHP), Spring (Java), Ruby on Rails (Ruby); * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis); * Ability to perform effective testing and debugging; * Knowledge of software architecture (design patterns, SOLID, etc.); * Knowledge of Android and iOS development is a plus; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of tools such as Bootstrap and RESTful APIs. **This position is 100% on-site and is also available to people with disabilities.**
