We are looking for an Executive Secretary to join our team and help us strengthen our internal communication and engage our employees. RESPONSIBILITIES * Create complete landing pages in WordPress, from structure to final publication; * Configure and manage themes, plugins, and page builders in WordPress; * Develop and adapt layouts focused on conversion and responsiveness; * Create, edit, and optimize email marketing templates in Mailchimp; * Structure email marketing campaigns and automated workflows; * Implement and automate integrations between WordPress, Mailchimp, CRM, and other tools using n8n; * Implement and validate conversion tracking and events (Google Analytics); * Ensure proper functioning of forms, lead capture, and integrations; * Fix layout, performance, and automation issues; * Conduct A/B tests on web pages and email campaigns; * Analyze conversion metrics and user behavior, proposing continuous optimizations. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in end-to-end creation of landing pages in WordPress; * Proficiency in configuring and using plugins, themes, and page builders (e.g., Elementor); * Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing web pages and emails; * Mastery of Mailchimp (campaigns, automations, segmentation, and reports); * Experience with Google Analytics 4 and solid understanding of measurement; * Hands-on experience with n8n for system automations and integrations; * Ability to structure forms, lead capture, and end-to-end integrations; * Technical, organized, and results-oriented profile. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
