




**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND EXECUTION** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: – Provide preventive and corrective support to clients via WhatsApp, e-mail, phone, and ticketing system for issues related to Linux servers, Moodle, WordPress, and the Big Blue Button video-conferencing platform; – Receive execution tasks related to installation and maintenance of Linux servers, Moodle and WordPress platforms, as well as DNS configurations and certificates; – Must be familiar with WordPress and Moodle systems, capable of performing customizations and configurations, installing and configuring plugins and themes, carrying out updates, and executing backup routines. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Must have personal equipment to perform the job; – Committed to customer satisfaction; – Responsible regarding deadlines agreed upon with clients and the company; – Proactive in finding solutions to problems.
