Currently, it operates six establishments: Ristorantino Jardins, Ristorantino Riviera de São Lourenço, Ristorantino Rio, Ristorantino Caffè (Shopping Pátio Higienópolis), Lassù, and Lassù Rooftop Club — all led by Ricardo Trevisani, a restaurateur with 40 years of experience in gastronomy. He began his career as a chef in Italy for nine years, later leading Grupo Fasano for over two decades, and subsequently founding and operating the Maremonti Group until 2013. Join our team! **Job Objective** Responsible for coordinating the dining room, ensuring excellence in customer service, efficient service organization, and smooth operations, while aligning team performance with customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the dining room team (waiters, busboys, hostesses). * Organize table assignments and service flow. * Ensure service standards and staff conduct. * Monitor table service and intervene when necessary. * Resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints. * Train and develop the service team. * Coordinate operations with kitchen and bar for seamless service delivery. * Manage reservations and plan dining room occupancy. * Support sales strategies (including collaboration with the sommelier). **Requirements** * Prior experience as a maître or in dining room leadership. * Knowledge of à la carte service. * Skills in team management and restaurant operations. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Behavioral Competencies** * Quick decision-making * Emotional intelligence * Organization and systemic vision * Customer experience focus **Working Conditions** * Standing work and constant movement throughout the dining room. * Shifts during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
