#### **About the Opportunity: Training and Development Analyst II**
Responsible for training and development processes for employees and Hospital Moinhos de Vento, aligned with organizational needs, aiming to contribute to best practices in People Management and maintain a qualified and capable professional workforce able to meet business requirements, supporting company growth and development.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Define and implement, jointly with consultants and managers, the annual training matrix and contingency training programs, based on training needs assessments and other tools from the People & Management area, aiming to qualify and develop employees.
* Plan and deliver training sessions and extension courses, including activity planning and methodology definition, to ensure development of employee competencies according to departmental needs and excellence in service delivery.
* Structure and implement integrated leadership development initiatives, in collaboration with the Human Development Analyst, including continuous programs to strengthen strategic competencies, targeted actions to address gaps identified in assessments, and projects focused on preparing successors for key positions—ensuring alignment with institutional strategies and building a robust leadership pipeline.
* Plan and monitor onboarding activities, tracking and ensuring timely updates of information to meet scheduled timelines and identify improvement opportunities.
* Plan and monitor e-learning activities, maintaining constant coordination with the Institute of Education and Research to align institutional education standards.
* Participate in clinical support groups to implement training actions arising from new projects or departmental changes.
* Ensure design and implementation of projects within the scope of responsibility, assessing required resources and feasibility of application to continuously improve training offerings and employee and institutional development.
* Ensure development and validation of the annual training and development budget, controlling funds available in the centralized account, analyzing, together with the Training and Development team, the relevance of training requests submitted by managers, communicating approval or rejection of requested trainings, monitoring budgeted vs. actual expenditures, and validating monthly expenses recorded in the account for budget control and maintenance of the planned annual budget.
* Support accreditation-related activities under the “Education and Professional Qualification” chapter, implementing training and development actions and participating in functional file audits to uphold excellence standards and meet accreditation criteria.
* Provide technical oversight for processes and tools within the area of responsibility, guiding the work team and other company departments on their proper use.
* Manage, maintain, and optimize information, tools, and systems within the area of responsibility, generating reports and indicators for management monitoring.
* Update and validate area routines and policies annually or as needed, analyzing daily and market practices, proposing improvements, and validating them with the People & Management leadership team to guide employees in performing tasks and sustaining best practices.
* Implement and execute the annual training effectiveness evaluation cycle. Ensure data collection, analysis, and feedback, generating action plans and adjustments to enhance training impact on organizational performance.
* Conduct benchmarking with other institutions to update T\&D practices and innovate in methodologies.
* Support development and maintenance of learning paths aligned with the institution’s career plans.
* Apply active learning methodologies, such as gamification, case studies, simulations, and other participatory approaches.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Basic Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Corporate Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Preferred Education: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Education or related areas.
* Technical Competencies: Advanced Excel, Instructional Design and Training Methodology.
