Opportunity for professional growth and development Prior experience in the garment or footwear industry is mandatory. Basic knowledge of time and motion analysis (times and methods). Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, charts). Concepts of productivity, efficiency, and waste. Reading and interpretation of production processes. Previous experience on the shop floor or academic projects in this field. Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or layout software (desirable). Technical education (completed or ongoing) in Production or related fields, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or similar.
