




Job Summary: Responsible for leading the commercial area, managing sales managers across public and private sectors, ensuring strategic alignment, and supporting executive leadership in commercial decision-making. Strong strategic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation. Responsible for leading the company's commercial area, overseeing sales managers in the public (tenders) and private sectors. Mission includes ensuring strategic alignment across departments, consolidating national results, and supporting executive leadership in commercial decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. Willingness to travel throughout Brazil is required. Must have personal vehicle. Salary negotiable + benefits.
